Executive Office
The Executive Office is the central administrative hub of the International Institute of Green Finance (IIGF). It supports the overall operation of the Institute under the leadership of the IIGF Council and the President Responsibility System.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative Management:Â The office handles daily administrative affairs, including personnel management, financial coordination, document and records management, logistics, and procurement. It ensures the smooth functioning of all IIGF teams across different locations (e.g., Beijing, Hangzhou, Guangzhou).
- Internal Coordination & Communication: It facilitates communication and collaboration among IIGF’s various research centers, departments, and project teams. The office also organizes internal meetings, staff training, and institutional reporting.
- External Liaison & Institutional Support: The office serves as the primary point of contact for external partners, government agencies, and visiting scholars on administrative matters. It supports the Institute’s strategic engagements, including MOUs, joint initiatives, and high-level visits.
- Facility & Operations Management:Â It is responsible for office space management, IT infrastructure, safety protocols, and other operational needs. The office also leads institutional tasks such as office relocations, renovations, and compliance with university regulations.
